REAL ALE WOBBLE

REAL ALE WOBBLE November 21, 2021

The Real Ale Wobble made a welcome return to Llanwrtyd Wells on Saturday. The cycle ride is part of the Green Events organised Mid-Wales Beer festival. 319 cyclists started the event from the Bromsgrove School, and the riders could choose to do a long route of 35km or a short route of 21km. On the route through the Irfon forest, there were four black runs with technical descents and two feeding stations serving real ale. The route was expertly marked and marshaled by Cycle-Tec from Builth. In the evening cyclists gathered at the Neuadd for an evening of rock music. The Real Ale Wobble is a real community event with a large donation going to Ysgol Dolafon.
