Tranquil and relaxing B&B on the outskirts of Llanwrtyd Wells and just a 10-minute stroll to the village, Cerdyn Villa nestles in the Irfon Valley with great views from the guest rooms over the Epynt Mountains.
Our home has 2 cosy double ensuite rooms and a separate self-contained family annex, perfect for longer stays, families or guests with limited mobility. Our family annex comprises a double bedroom, a small child’s single and a small double sofa bed in the sitting area.
We offer flexible breakfasts from as early as you need until 10 am, or alternatively (or additionally) can provide take-outs and packed lunches. Where possible our eggs come from our own free-roaming hens, we make our own bread and delicious vegetarian or (on request) vegan sausages, plus there are the usual offerings of thick-cut back bacon or smoked streaky, Welsh-made sausages and black pudding. We are here to help you relax and enjoy your experience of our special part of Mid Wales.
Additionally, you can take advantage of Berni’s home-based art studio and book up a stained glass workshop with her during your stay if you fancy getting creative.

Gwedd y Glyn Barn, which can sleep up to 10 people, is a restored 200 years old agricultural barn originally built from local stone and oak.
